kitControl-DegreeDays

DegreeDays provides degree day calculations, based upon temperature received at the Temp In slot and values of various other properties.

NoteDefinition of Degree Days: Degree Days is a unit of measure that may be expressed as either Heating Degree Days (HDD) or Cooling Degree Days (CDD). You calculate Degree Days by taking the difference between the average temperature during a given time period (month, season, year) and a reference point, usually 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

Both cooling and heating degree day values are available, including totalized values. A Reset Totals action is available to clear (zero) totalized values.
