Initial document, similar to the previous NiagaraAX startup document for the JACE-NXS controller. However, this document reflects changes to the Commissioning Wizard starting in AX-3.5, and also has updated screen captures and PlatformService details specific to the JACE-NXT controller.

In addition, a new Notes on EWF (Enhanced Write Filter) in Windows XPE was added, and is referenced in several areas of the document. This reflects changed behavior in EWF since the implementation on a JACE-NXS controller.
